A cost effective way to keep vehicle batteries charged, the SolarStream is a thin-film amorphous silicon solar panel that provides a vehicle with a supplemental power source of up to 14 watts. Continues to collect sunlight in low-light conditions (heat and shade tolerant). SolarStream adheres to a variety of contoured surfaces including fiberglass roofs, and is not dependent on the mounting angle. The adhesive backed panel is wind-resistant - tested to 120 mph. Developed to help compensate for the natural discharge and parasitic drains on a vehicles battery, it reduces the need to continuously jump start a vehicle, and reduces the number of replacement batteries needed over the life of a vehicle.
